sandra wijnberg

Sandra has over 30 years of financial management, investment banking and private equity experience. She was most recently a Partner of Aquiline Holdings, a registered investment advisory firm with funds of over $2.0 billion under management. Previously, she was the Chief Financial Officer of Marsh & McLennan Companies and held senior financial management positions in YUM! Brands and PepsiCo. The first twelve years of her professional career were in progressively senior roles in investment banking at Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers (and predecessor firms). 

Sandra currently serves on the Board of Directors of three public companies - Automatic Data Processing, Inc., T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and Cognizant Technology Solutions.  She previously served as a Director of Tyco International plc for 13 years until its merger with Johnson Controls (NYSE:JCI), TE Connectivity Ltd. (NYSE: TEL). She serves on the board of PivotalPath Inc. in which Rannapo Partners is a Series A investor.

Nicholas Wijnberg

Nick has extensive experience in credit and capital markets. He is currently Vice President - Middle Markets at Farm Credit Mid-America. He covers Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana middle market and large corporate agribusiness accounts. Prior to Mid-America, Nick was a Relationship Manager at CoBank, responsible for structuring, underwriting, syndicating, and servicing over $150 million of credit for agribusiness clients. Prior to joining CoBank, Nick was in Structured Credit Sales and Equity Derivatives Trading at Citigroup and had previous positions in sales and trading at Goldman Sachs and in equity research at Moore Capital Management.
